Terms of sale
This is a translation: if it differs from the Italian text, the Italian one prevails.
Who we are
Locals is a personal project by Alessandro Pirozzi, via Cadibona 9, Milano. For anything at all: alessandroprz97@gmail.com.
Who takes your payment
Payment goes through Stripe. The sale is handled by Link, the Stripe service that appears as the seller on your receipt and bank statement (LINK.COM*): it collects the payment, applies your country's VAT and sends you a receipt and an invoice. For a problem with a payment you can write to us or to Link support.
What you buy
Personal access to a map: the places chosen by the person who signs it, each with its note, to view in your browser. The price is the one shown on the map's page, VAT included. You pay once, with no subscription.
How you get in
After payment you get a personal link, on the confirmation page and by email. The link opens the map and remembers it on that browser. If you lose it, you can get it back from this page with the email you bought with. The link is yours: don't share it or resell it.
Right of withdrawal
The maps are digital content you receive right after payment. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want access straight away and that you accept losing the right of withdrawal (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code): without this confirmation the purchase does not go ahead. We remind you of it in the email with the link too.
If something doesn't work, for example the link won't open, write to us: we'll sort it out, with a refund if need be.
Places change
We check the places before publishing them, but venues close and change their hours and owners. We keep the maps up to date as best we can, without being able to guarantee that every place is open when you go.
Your data
What we know about you, and why, is in the privacy notice.
Governing law
Italian law applies, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of the country where you live.
